- Formality, signature, review and convocation move inside the operation hub. One surface, four steps, no context lost.
- Mobile, properly. Below tablet width, both sidebars collapse into a single drawer. The platform is genuinely usable on a phone.
- Images in the text editor. Upload, place and align images inside any draft or template.
- Shareholder current accounts in result allocation. Allocate to current accounts alongside reserves and dividends.
- Attach company documents to a convocation. Pull anything from the company’s document vault straight into the convocation.
- Optional signature fields, and excusing an absent signer. Signature workflows that survive real life.
Improved
- The convocation document preview becomes a split view instead of an overlay — read the document and the email side by side.
- Every avatar and entity-logo upload now has a crop step.
- Signatures show whether they were run by Alex or by the client.
- A formality can be returned to the signature step without destroying the client’s original request.
- Array element values are editable directly from loop items in a document.
- A new month-and-day field for recurring dates like the fiscal year end.
- The invoices list keeps its page in the URL, so a link to page three actually opens page three.
- Failed Guichet Unique proof attachments are now reported and fixable instead of failing silently.
- Legal-representative selection shows the officer list and adapts its height.
