The five stories this year tells
- Operations V2 became the product. It started the year as a flagged beta and ended it as the surface everything else plugs into — drafting, review, convocation, signature and formality, all in one hub. Operations V1 was retired.
- Signature went from one provider to three, and from bolt-on to built-in. Yousign, then DocuSign, then JeSignExpert — plus deferred sending, optional fields, observers, email previews and cancellation.
- AI moved from novelty to workflow. AI-generated resolutions, a documents chatbot, AI-mapped review comments, AI document analysis on upload, and an agent that reads and writes the cap table — all behind an organization-level switch the firm controls.
- Firms got their own product. Custom templates, custom fonts, white-label branding, bulk person import, per-company billing, client invoicing, and granular per-client access.
- Alex stopped being French-only. Companies House support in September 2026 is the first country after France — and the open-data layer was rebuilt to make the next one faster.
