Link each share movement to its supporting document. Your committees also keep the deeds that created them.
Keep each share movement and its proof together. Every transaction in the share register can be linked to one of the company's documents. The option appears when you hover over a transaction outside edit mode.

Keep each committee's history at hand. Add the deed that created a committee and, where relevant, the one that dissolved it. Those deeds stay attached to the committee.

Get straight to search from the home page. The home page is cleaner, with a centred, more compact search bar. A card previews some of your companies, and one click shows them all.
