United Kingdom support. Companies House joins the add-company flow. Search a UK company, import it, and manage it alongside your French portfolio — with GB legal forms and UK-native mandate roles.
Cap table by investor category. Group and read your capitalization table by investor type, not just by holder.
Capital deposit, provider-agnostic. The share-capital deposit step now works across banking providers, with a full Pennylane path end to end — from eligibility rules to the deposit tracker inside the creation flow.
Company creation, rebuilt. The whole incorporation flow moves onto the new design system: clearer steps, a better summary, faster forms.
Legal review requests, connected. A review request now posts into the operation’s own thread, and the reviewer is invited to sign the moment they approve.
Supporting documents in the Formalities tab. Everything filed with a formality, visible where the formality lives.

Supporting-document requests during company creation get their own customer-facing screen.
The share-movements register stops truncating its dates; RMT filters gain new options.
Committees are created automatically when a committee role is extracted from a document.
The text editor’s toolbar becomes a single pill — less chrome, more document.
Company participation rows are now editable directly from the document editor.
A SIREN pasted with spaces stays whole in the add-company box.
Dark mode: several surfaces that were quietly unreadable are fixed.
