An operation to get your files signed

Start an operation from plain files to get them signed. Your actions in Documents can also be undone and redone.

Get your files signed with nothing to generate. In a new operation, Add documents opens an operation without a deed, built from your files. You then get them signed or filed.

An Equity badge

Spot a company whose equity has fallen below half its capital. An Equity badge appears on the company page when the latest INPI filing decides to continue trading with equity below half the share capital. It gives the details, the source and a link to the deed.
