Add an existing company to Alex Legal
There are two ways to register a company on Alex: create a company or add an existing company.
Adding a company is for those with a company already registered with an RCS number (or other identifier for foreign companies). Here's how Alex simplifies the process:
Enter the RCS number: For French companies, simply enter your RCS number and the platform does the rest.
Automatic data retrieval: Using open data (INPI and/or INSEE), Alex collects all the legal information.
Document classification: Our artificial intelligence (AI) retrieves and classifies legal documents from the company's incorporation onwards. We build a complete history, which is stored securely in a digital vault.
Share ownership management: The AI reconstructs the share transfer register, capitalisation table and shareholder accounts. You can then anchor the register on the blockchain.

To add a registered company to a new platform or management tool, certain information must be current and compliant with legal requirements, including:
The RCS number must be valid and current.
The information retrieved (articles of association, directors, shareholders) must match the legal documents filed at the commercial court registry.
Any change to the data must be declared, including changes in share ownership or management.
